The top is not built to the proper proportions. I selected a size up. It fits in the front/cup size but not around. Had to bring it to a Taylor and pay more then I paid for them lengha to get it fixed.
Horrible company...I placed a large order, received the order with a few items missing. Spent 7 months emailing them trying to get the issue resolved and I still haven’t been refunded for the missing items. Customer service is horrible, I had to send multiple emails before getting a response. Finally gave up and decided to just take the loss rather than waste my time. Very bad. The product size is not as mentioned on website. I have ordered 2 small size kurtis. One was large. Other was too small. To return/replace, bear amount of courier yourself and send back to surta. There is not even space that i can do some alteration. Waste of money and time.
ORDER NO M312810160 The order was supposed to be for Tussar silk sarees (as written online) but unfortunately what they sent me is some artificial silk, good for nothing. My maid also refused to wear them. Also the same sarees for 599 rupees on peachmode online but at least they claim that it is artificial silk. I had no option but to return them. I had to send them back from Australia to India and the packet was around 3 kg.I had to spend around 80 dollars to return that rubbish.The packet was returned on 1/06/2018 from Australia. The packet reached their nominated address on 14/06/2018. Since that date they are not taking the delivery of the item because then they have to return the money. I must have called them 100 times from Australia but everyday a different response from their most incompetent customer service team. They have absolutely no idea of why they are there. They have kept the money, now no one cares as to what happens to the customer. I wish someone responsible in that organisation talks to me and I will give them the feedback on their service. Really disappointed.
I would not even rate it 1 star. I placed my order on the 20th of March. We're now on the 1st of July and I have only received part of my order. Customer service is unhelpful, provide incorrect information and despite stating that matter has been escalated, I am still waiting. They do not listen and repeat standard responses which does not address your concern. Absolutely furious. Will not be using these guys ever again, once I receive my order which God knows when that will be. Pathetic.
Hi I’m a new customer from Canada. My first and last time ordering with Mirraw. The stuff looks all great in photos. But quality is poor also keep in mind you pay morefor your shipping costs. Then I sent the items back today and paid double for shipping costs. This is not good business service. I hope they have I’ll refund me the adequate amount. Everyone works very hard for there money.
the worst of it all are the people. I purchased only costume jewellery no clothes. #1 - they had a technical glitch and had to delay delivery of my order. I was extremely stressed because i needed it to get to me before I left the country. I expressed this to them and all they gave me a basic meaningless apology and said it would come 3 days later than the original date (not a terrible delay but i couldn't trust a company that has poor management on their inventory and their website). #2 two days later get an email from prasanth saying a product 'didn't meet QA" (HAH!! irony to follow) and that was the last item they had and asked me to please select another. I gave them 4 options and asked him if my delivery was now further delayed and when would it arrive. He simply says it will leave the warehouse tomorrow and inspite of my 2 follow-ups never gave me a date. #3 Delivery arrives and first necklace set is found at the top of the package on top of bubble wrap but this set it self was unwrapped - the items were held in the styrofoam board but nothing protecting it. I went to unhook the earring and found that it fell off very easily - it was broken! (QA huh?) #4 I've emailed plenty of times to get the above resolved, only to get template answers (someone else on this review site said the exact same thing) and unreasonable refunds amounts ($13 - tell me where i can purchase earrings like the ones i purchased as part of the set for $13 - Not even on their site!) and unwelcome suggestions to wear the necklace with 'some other earrings' (this was on the phone). #4 After almost a week of back and forth, an expensive phone call to their customer care line (same person who was emailing me it turns out) and a promise to hear from them 24 hrs. My first follow-up email is received by a 'it will take 48 hours'. i follow up with them in 48 hours and they respond a day later and they say it will be addressed next week. Needless to say, I hope people will read this review and never purchase from mirraw. I could have dealt with the delays and the product issue if it had a good customer service team to handle and resolve these issues. Mirraw, i doubt you are a company that learns but top 3 things to fix are: your customer service team (replace them all with competent humans), your website issues, your product quality.
