The top is not built to the proper proportions. I selected a size up. It fits in the front/cup size but not around. Had to bring it to a Taylor and pay more then I paid for them lengha to get it fixed.
I have emailed you detailed information for each of the dresses, some I couldn’t even get over my head let alone get it on, some was not as described in the pictures that you advertised, the stitching was absolutely awful and unprofessional, the cutting of the material some was not even & very skimpy on the material so the dresses did not flow as projected on the pictures, one of the dress the sleeves was torn, I don’t understand how and if they passed inspection. You should be ashamed of the work and what you are sending out. You take the peoples money and tell them there is no return and you send out shoddy work, well I was told this would be dealt with, so if I have to get a lawyer and get him to contact the owner of the company, I have all the emails of the people that I have dealt with on file. Also it took 2 months for me to get this order, which I needed the dress for a function oversea that I was going to, and they did not arrive until I got back. I tried to cancel my order 2 days after putting it in, as I was having trouble from the beginning, and I was told I couldn’t do that as it was too late. You have taken my money and given me the most unprofessional service. It would be in your best interest to refund my money, otherwise this is going to cost you more than your reputation. I would like to handle this as quietly as possible, please refund my money back to my credit card, I have already returned the items with details attached to each of the dresses so you can see for yourselves. Remember if the customer is not satisfied, it is your job to take care of this and do the right thing. I love dresses and if they are made right and hang right and fit right I am happy, but unfortunately this was not the case, so I am sorry, you will have to count your loss on this one and refund my money. Please don’t let me have to put this on the internet for all to see, as it will not be good for your business. Like I said the dresses aren’t made right and you know this. Every time I am getting an email from different people from your company, and no you are not sorry, otherwise this would have been dealt with already. If you do not have the power to handle this, then please send me who I need to talk to, I would like to talk with the owner of the company, if you would send me his information, or ask him to call me. Thank you
Very disappointed with the after sales service,still have not received the package of purchased items and the courier company Atlantic will not respond to messages! Mirraw agent said I would get feedback within 48hrs ,this was last week!!! This is awful that there is no way to properly track a package,as links don't work,you aren't given exact courier details just the company name and then you're left to worry about where the stuff you purchased is!!!

I made the mistake of ordering a 'kundan pearl and emeralds necklace' from Mirraw last September. They delayed the delivery stating that the product they received from their vendor failed quality check and are getting the piece done by a different vendor. Ultimately when I received the product in November, one of the emerald stones came in detached from the necklace itself. Having spent $140.00 on this piece, I did not find it worthy to receive a faulty product, hence made another mistake of deciding to return it for a refund. I clicked the pictures, and sent the product back for an additional $30.00. Another mistake I made - not keeping a track of the tracking no. See, being one of the biggest e-commerce sites in India, one would expect Mirraw to have sophisticated back-end processes respectively their warehouse, accounting customer care etc. But Mirraw has crappy processes that can;'t keep track of a product, associate it with a simple returns number, even though the details of the order# and returns# are mentioned in the package returned. I tried to get in touch with the customer care, one Mr. Faiz, and his senior, Mr. Sagar responded to my calls, to my bad luck. After 3 months of deliberation only from my end, multiple calls and emails to Mirraw Customer Support team, their team hardly reached out to me with any response despite many promises and requests to trust them and believe them. After 3 months of making international calls to this team, and wasting a lot of my time and energy, I realized these guys don't care about refunding my money. I gave up to maintain my piece of mind! I would not recommend purchasing anything from Mirraw if you appreciate quality and believe your money's worthy of quality service. Mirraw fails terribly in terms of quality and service. I am preparing to file a case against them in the consumer court.
Very bad experience. Selected two salwar materials and paid for them. They delivered only one, the other was only one piece and defective, hence could not send. Offered to replace the item. So I ordered other two items. Same story, they delivered one ! Other was again, out of stock. So I ordered another. After 10 days I checked the status, they cancelled the order and did not even inform me. My money is still with them. I really don't know what to do.
Worst shopping experience ever. The products offered on Mirraw is very bad quality. You will never get the product which are shown in the pics. The material is so bad that u can’t use it for daily wear also. You can’t gift to maid because even she will never wear such quality product. There is no pick up return facility and u will come to know this when u try to return it. Ordered 5 dresses and had to spend half day trying to rerturn through courier agency. Due to system bug I could not even return one dress online. Lets see if I get the money back after returning these dresses. Wish I could give negative rating.
