The top is not built to the proper proportions. I selected a size up. It fits in the front/cup size but not around. Had to bring it to a Taylor and pay more then I paid for them lengha to get it fixed.
Customer service sucks. Stitching department does not call back or reply emails. Sales department does not reply email or call back. Support phone number has problem- can't dial the support number they way it shows in the website. SUMMARY: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I made an order (M748011281) on 29th Sep,2017 to be able to have it for Diwali. The original expected delivery on the order was on OCt 16,2017. Till now I did not receive anything. Each time, I send a mail to them to check on my status, it auto generated a ticket number with a generic message. Interesting thing is both the times, it created the same Ticket number 1205917. I wonder if everyone gets the same ticket number while i am positive no one is monitoring these tickets. After a couple of futile attempts and getting no feedback what so ever from them, I chose to cancel my order. Worst thing is there is no option to cancel the order and you can only return the Package once it is received. As I read these complaints here, I only feel the chances of me getting the package is either a light year away or potentially may not get it ever. If anyone had luck on finding an option to cancel the order, please kindly help me as my chances of getting help from this blog is more than their customer service Site. This has been a very painful experience and I would not recommend this site to anyone. Geeta
so far zero stars if I could give it to them! Number is disconnected, no response to emails, order status in the same state for almost two weeks and order was placed over a month ago. Delivery already late, assuming they do plan on sending it. May need to lodge a case with PayPal as it seems to be a scam site.
I had ordered an anarkali through this site and received my product on 17th October 2017. Due to the poor quality of the product and because its coloyr was coming off and got stuck to the packet in which they convered the same i returned the product the very next day. But i haven't received my refund amount till date even after me sending them repeated emails. Highly disappointed in the unprofessional way this site handle their customers.
Mirrw Oh no , very bad experience with Mirraw. We order first time from Mirraw site, we ordered items in June for a party. The delivery was promised in July and after the delivery dates keep on changing and finally item was delivered in October after our party is over. We tried to contact Mirraw many times to get the refund as item was not delivered in time by did not get any positive response. We suggest do not order from Mirraw. Horrible experience
Mirraw is waste shoppibg webite ..thy cgeat customerswoth poor qality material.i ordered a salwar it says free size i thought free size means stitched but t came nstitched with poor quality. dont shop in mirraw.
Just received another email saying my order is delayed again due to technical issues. I need to receive my purchases before I leave for a wedding overseas and now the new delivery date changed again and the purchases are only arriving after the wedding. Am totally disgusted that I spent all the money and will only receive the purchases after the wedding. Have sent an email asking for urgent delivery before I leave for overseas as its not my fault they have technical issues. Have not got a reply back.
