I have written to you many times.also spoken to people that this product arrived damaged and is of poor quality so I shd get refund.sooo diasappinted that no action has been taken even 2 months later.

The photo of the product looked very sleek and elegant but the actual product looked quite cheap. The earrings did not have the backs to fit the earring properly.
