Red Base Hand Woven Traditional Naga Shawl is done with red, black & blue pure woolen weaving and tassels at end of the borders.

It has very attractive weaving with woolen base and is VERY light weight.

The Naga weaves are famous and thick. Naga Shawls are not mere wrap against cold; they are highly symbolic and are the traditional garments of Nagaland. They are a part of every celebration. The patters are almost all geometric in bold colors. Mostly red, black with a touch of grey or white.

Simple straight lines, stripes, squares and bands, varying in width, color and arrangement are the most traditional design and motifs.
