Hi, I have received my product, but it is not the same product as shown in the picture. The quality has been compromised and the colour is faded like second-hand unless been used product. I bought an amazing pista salwar amd an orange kurta. The quality is amazing and the delivering was so fast, considering it was coming all the way from India to Ireland! I will definitely shop here again and share this shop with my friends!
I recently had the displeasure of ordering from Mirraw.com, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The first point of contention was the quality of the products I received. Despite the attractive product images on their website, the actual items were of extremely poor quality, far from what was advertised. Adding insult to injury, the shipping costs were exorbitantly high, which I was hoping would be justified by the quality of the products. However, this was not the case. The steep shipping fees did not correlate with the service or product value, making the overall cost of the items unjustifiably expensive. The return process was another headache altogether. To my dismay, I discovered that in order to return the items, I would have to send them all the way back to India at my own expense. This was not only inconvenient but also cost-prohibitive, essentially forcing me to keep products I was unhappy with. Overall, I ended up spending a significant amount of money on what I can only describe as junk. For anyone considering shopping from Mirraw.com, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere unless you are prepared to gamble on quality and spend a lot on shipping and potential returns. This experience was definitely a letdown and not one I plan to repeat.
Wish the tracking system was clear, it is not updating and nobody responds to any questions Atlantic does not update clearly and it is frustrating when you paid for something and the tracking gets off track
Bought this saree today on 4/10/24. Length of the saree is not as enough as a regular saree mentioned in its specification. At this point a little frustrated with Mirraw's customer service . I have been trying to contact them to get a status about a shipment which has been delayed . They see the message but don't respond . I have emailed them as well . They really need to get better in communication. I am not getting anything for free here , paid for it.

When it comes to return or cancelling, this company is super-frustrating to work with. They cancelled one of the items (Order M207350996) from my order without notifying me. I found out about cancelled item after my order was shipped. They also returned only the original amount of the item to my wallet, not shipping cost that I paid for the item. They never asked me if I want my money returned to its original source of payment. I tried to call them multiple times, but either it is always busy or they put you on hold and after a while it gets disconnected automatically. I also tried to send multiple emails to them. Every time they showed me that a ticket had been created, but no one ever responded to any of the emails or tickets. No confirmation or follow-up email was sent for ticket that was created. What a frustrating experience working with this company. Please be prepared to experience this if you have an issue with one of the items you ordered with them.
I am really disappointed with their customer service. They give you the run around giving you one ticket after another - and nothing gets done to resolve the issue for an easy return. The website says easy return but it is impossible return. I have an issue with them and these people who answer the phone or the email cannot resolve anything. Bottom line- do not order from them.
Bullshit site for shopping. I ordered 15 days ago from USA. They told me the item will reach in one week. I am still waiting. It was someone birthday gift. Don’t shopping from here guys.
