I paid for the saree, stitching bouse and shipping. I did not receive the shipment. Mirraw team did not even communicate with me why the saree was not shipped until I enquired. They found that the saree was defective and did not return my full money for blouse stitching and shipping. I have been communicating for months regarding this issue and they have not been responsive. I had a very bad experience and I would not buy with them again.

I am absolutely disappointed and got the worst customer service and too much run around to get an order delivery detail. Each number gives me another number to call. The finally the the number who supposed to tell me my item delivery date lied twice as the items are going to be delivered that day. Worst to place to place an order. Poor service. Not professional. They don’t need return customer maybe that one time purchase customer is who they need . FULL OF LIES. If you order stuff at least a year ago for your festival maybe your get your order in time😂😂😂

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I ordered the STUNNING TEAL BLUE ORGANZA ZARI AND SEQUINS WORK FLORAL WEDDING LEHENGA CHOLI on the 5th Feb. It was delivered on the 20th of Feb, but was delivered without its top and ever since I have been trying to contact the customer service via email and whats app, both time telling me they would get back to me in 3 days but I am still waiting for a reply. Really disappointed as I was recommend this site from someone for their wedding . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

The kaftan I ordered LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!!! The clown who operates the WhatsApp says that this poor excuse for a garment is “up to product specifications”. If this is your product specifications, you need to step your game up or lower your prices to match the quality!

I ordered two outfits with standard stitching. The Black Heavy Designer Mirror Embroidery Work Art Silk Long Length Kameez Pantcotton Salwar Suit Semi is so unbelievably poorly stitched. The salwar pant - one leg is skinnier and shorter than the other. The kameez suit has got misplaced, missing and BROKEN mirror pieces which are sharp-edged and DANGEROUS to wear. The second suit, which is the White Embroidered Faux Georgette Salwar Semi stitched is also poorly stitched even for its standard size stitching. The outside length of the trouser is shorter than the inside length and the inner lining is about 2 inches shorter than the outer fabric. The stitching at the groin is bunched and uneven. Appalling craftsmanship and their customer service is even more appalling. I am quite disappointed in the quality of these suits for the price I paid. It’s an insult to take people’s hard earned money like this and then say that a standard stitched product cannot be returned even though the products are defective. There is an apparent 7-day policy for defective items that I only found out about when I contacted their customer service. First and last time I ever order from this company.

I ordered a $100 outfit from them and paid extra for specific stitching instructions. Not only were those instructions not followed after I emailed and WhatsApp-ed them the requirements repeatedly, but the lining under the dress was not reflective of the dress(straight lining on an A line dress) the material of the dress was so cheap and it didn't t look or have the elegance like the dress in the picture. When I reached out to the customer service for returning the product, they kept asking me for pictures and proof of the issues and more details and in the end offered me 10% money back only in mirraw credit. So if you don't want to order from a site that doesn't honor or do returns, or whose quality and products look nothing like the pictures online, then stay far away from wasting your money on this site

If I was given the option to give a 0 star rating, I would. I ordered two dresses: a blue and purple one. I ordered cancan in the purple dress. Not only did I receive the order late, but they got the order wrong. They put cancan in the blue dress instead of the purple one. Before confirming the order, I made sure that the person in charge of my order confirmed that the purple dress would get the cancan. I was not home when my order got delivered and wasn't able to confirm or contact them about the order being messed up until I was back. I came back a few days ago and was able to contact them about it today. When I contacted them about it, they said they could not do anything about it since the 7-day return period already passed. I am NEVER ordering from Mirraw. I do not suggest ordering from Mirraw at all to anyone who is new to the platform like I am.

NRI PEOPLE please do not purchase from this site. poor quality material and pain for return process. I purchased over $250 items because I really like the description and designs, but the fabric and jewelry materials are of very disappointing quality. BE AWEAR save yourself and your money
