These guys don’t even acknowledge when they receive the parcel of the items you return. My courier has confirmed they have received the parcel and they are still denying. Your money will be stuck. Dont buy from this site. And the product and price is also not to the mark

Im having a problem of them not answering my phone calls or texts or emails anymore as they know i will be putting in a claim to the nonsense they are fraudulent with me and others as I see in reviews. Thank goodness i paid with paypal as they will give me my money back. If anyone has paid thru paypal get your money back and file a claim. Package has been missing and ive seen thru FedEx says there is no package there and that mirraw has it and will contact me 24-48 hours as ive heard that for almost two months now. i may have to fly to cooperate office and get this dealt with. I can see im not the only one with this problem and wish to have read the reviews a bit earlier before purchasing.

Mirraw charges two to three times as other websites! Mirraw falsely list the original price as 3-4x as other sites and then lists 50-80% off. Exact same items can be bought at other sites like Indian wedding saree for half the price. Their customer service is subpar when it comes to cancellations and returns - they keep promising refunds will be processed and then change their tone saying the items are not eligible for refund. I won’t be shopping from Mirraw anymore!

Do not buy products from them if you live overseas. The product will not get delivered to you. It will go in so called community box without any delivery confirmation. You keep calling them and they will keep giving excuses. I have already lost my money and confidence on online overseas shopping ...stay away from them. I ordered in September and still waiting for information on community box.

They never ship the items but charged. Did not give me any credit but said they would give full credit. Had to wait for my Credit Card company to act, which took 3 months. Never buy from this company. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. MONEY SUCCKERS

I purchased 2 items from these guys. 1 was ok. Other was wrong size (their error - not mine). I paid for return postage (as per their instructions) and they refused to accept it on their side (apparently due to customs charges which was never mentioned to me. Incidentally the price of the item would not attract a customs charge as the value was not substantial - I have a feeling it was a 'excuse'). Parcel is on its way back to Australia. Communicating with company was very frustrating. They are evasive and kept sending me a generic - non informative response. Terrible company. Would not recommend them to anyone! They happy to take your money and claim that returns are simple and straight forward but they will not refund you in the event that one is needed. Will never buy from them again.

DO NOT buy from here. Will take a very long time to deliver, and the products are poor quality. When I tried to return, they did not want to pay for the return shipping. Overpriced garbage.

Please DO NOT use this site to order. They give you false delivery date. I had huge party scheduled at our house so ordered Kurtas for my boys to wear for pooja . I double checked multiple times on delivery date and made sure that I have picked items that deliver min 2-3 days before pooja date. When I called customer service , they don't even apologize and started saying as if we shouldn't rely on delivery date when we order . Very pathetic. At least other websites don't do false promises and if date is estimated , they clearly give us date range (best scenario and worst scenario) . I would never ever use this site.

Waste, worthless, fake images, poor quality etc... Will not recommend it to anyone.. Don't waste your money Attn. Mirraw, at least, you just put an option for zero star, that would be helpful for customers
